Bring me the problem. Most work starts small, with a Health Check or a single focused sprint, and grows into a staged project only if that is what the business actually needs.

I'm Glen D'Souza. I work with business owners who want to know where AI and technology can genuinely help, and who need someone to turn the right ideas into working systems.
That starts with the problem, not the tool. Sometimes AI is the right answer, sometimes simple automation is better, and sometimes neither is needed. I'll tell you honestly which, and test an idea with a prototype before you commit to a larger build.

I combine that approach with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Docker, AI-assisted development, APIs and automation, backed by years of enterprise IT work across service desk, end-user computing, Microsoft environments and virtualisation.

Every engagement is divided into focused, reviewable steps so decisions stay clear, risk stays contained and the work can be handed over.
Clarify the real need, who it is for and what success looks like. Separate verified facts from assumptions, and test whether AI is the right tool at all.
Choose the simplest maintainable approach, with privacy, ownership and cost boundaries agreed before anything is built.
Deliver in small, reviewable increments with explicit scope and stopping points. AI can assist the work; people make the decisions.
Check quality, accessibility, security and privacy before release, and document what was built so it can be maintained.
AI can support research, implementation and verification. Architecture, judgment, privacy decisions and publication control remain human-led.
